3 cups of bacalao water
1.5 kilos potatoes
1.250 kilos bacalao

 * The day before preparing the dish wash the Bacalao changing the water every 2 hours so about 4 times.
 * Next morning cook the Bacalao in water with garlic cloves for 20 minutes.
 * Do NOT throw the water out, separate 3 soup spoons of the water and leave the rest to boil the potatoes.
