  • There should be some menu or dishes separate for kids?
  • Kids are tiered earlier so we need a plan for them to be entertained and then to have some space to go go sleep earlier
  • After the church and before the meal in the evening we need some snacks and drinks and places to sit and rest
  • Decoration of the church
  • Decoration of the kastanien salon, table toppers, tablecloths napkins
  • Entertainment?
  • Will Josch friends plan something? should we put them in contact with Corinna who wants to plan some games?
  • How will the food be distributed?
  • How many tables do we get to put sweet stuff/cheese/bread? In Venezuela you usually have one table with breads of different kinds and cheese, one of fruits and one sweet table..
  • How many cakes? small cakes? bombons?
  • Print the church wedding programm in english spanish and german
  • Will we have designated sitting places? if so we need to print names
  • Sitting arrangement in kastanien salon
  • Tasting of food and selecting a menu
  • Flowers to decorate the place will it be from the mainau florist or external florist? which arrangements should we pick?
