Now some more important ideas/things to consider:

• Does the priest from Venezuela need to bring his own clothes? or will mainau let him use the stuff there?
• There should be some menu or dishes separate for kids?
• Kids are tiered earlier so we need a plan for them to be entertained and then to have some space to go go sleep earlier
• After the church and before the meal in the evening we need some snacks and drinks and places to sit and rest
• Decoration of the church
• Decoration of the kastanien salon, table toppers, tablecloths napkins
• Music
• Entertainment?
• Will Josch friends plan something? should we put them in contact with Corinna who wants to plan some games?
• Who will be taking pictures?
• How will the food be distributed?
• How many tables do we get to put sweet stuff/cheese/bread? In Venezuela you usually have one table with breads of different kinds and cheese, one of fruits and one sweet table..
• How many cakes? small cakes? bombons?
