Ingredients
Yeast Dough
- 400 g Flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 package vanillia sugar
- 1 grated lemon peel
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 40 g Yeast
- 200ml lukewarm Milk
- 100 g Margarine
- 1 Egg
Mak Filling
- 600 g Mak
- 500 ml Milk
- 1 pack Vanilla Pudding
- 200 g Margarine
- 250g Strawberry Marmelade (50% strawberries)
- 2 Eggs
- 160 g grinded cookies
- 2 packages vanillin sugar
- 2 grated lemon peel
Crumbles
- 450 g Flour
- 200 g Butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 2 packages vanillin sugar
Instructions
Yeast Dough
- put flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl
- in the middle make a small valley
- put the yeast in crumbs inside the valley
- put some lukewarm milk over the crumbs and create a pre-dough
- grate lemon peel onto the border
- let grow for 10-15 minutes
- add egg, margarine and rest of the milk
- mix
- let grow for 45-60 minutes until the mass doubled in volume
Mak Filling
- grind poppy and give into a bowl
- add lemon peel
- cook a pudding
- pour boiling pudding into poppy
- pour boiling sanella into poppy
- add vanilla sugar and marmelade
- add cookies and egg
Crumbles
Knead warm butter, flour, sugar and vanillin sugar with fingers to crumbles.
Fat a baking tray or use baking paper. Spread the dough over the tray and pinch the dough with a fork several times. Distribute the mak on the dough equally and crumble the crumbles over it. Cover the tray and let it grow another 10 minutes. Then bake the cake at 170 C 30 to 35 minutes.
Distribute a very delicate layer of liquid butter over the cake and sprinkle vanilla sugar and powder sugar over it.
